We require insurance on all the glassware we sell and include the price of insurance with the price of Shipping & Handling.
We will package your glasses professionally in expanding foam packing to ensure safe delivery and will ship your items within 2-3 business days of receiving a cleared payment. We generally ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday if no holidays are involved.
We will combine pieces in shipments going to the same location as we can and ship in as few boxes as possible. We use UPS and USPS Priority Mail for carriers at our own discretion. We usually ship UPS ground for Continental US shipments and USPS Priority Mail for Alaska and out of Continental US Shipments. If you'd like expedited shipping please ask us and we can do that for you at an extra charge.
